Minnesota High School Baseball - Johnson defeats Brooklyn Center

In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Johnson Governors baseball team scored a close 8-3 win over the Brooklyn Center Centaurs.
The Governors (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Harding (St. Paul, MN). The Knights go into the St. Paul City game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, Harding was overwhelmed by St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN), 17-0, in a league game.
Next, the Centaurs play the Academy for Sciences & Agriculture Eagles (Vadnais Heights, MN) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 7. Brooklyn Center will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 0-5 record after their 23-1 non-league loss to Medford (Medford, MN).
