North Carolina High School Baseball - Dixon loses to Terry Sanford

May 6, 2025: Fayetteville, NC 28303

Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC), 20-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Terry Sanford advances its record to 22-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Orange (Hillsborough, NC) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, May 9. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 14-11. Orange won 6-1 in their recent non-league match against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)

The Bulldogs now have a 12-12 record.

This game is a part of the 2025 NCHSAA Baseball State Championship - 3A tournament
