The Pitman Panthers (Pitman, NJ) baseball trounced the visiting Gloucester City Lions (Gloucester City, NJ), 14-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 12-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pennsville Memorial for a Tri-County - Classic challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Pitman will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 14-6 league win over Clayton (Clayton, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 9-6.

With the defeat, Gloucester City drops to 5-13 on the year. The Lions travel to Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ) to clash with the Red Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 8. The Red Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 3-12. Paulsboro lost 13-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Haddon Township (Westmont, NJ)
