The Sussex Academy Seahawks the host Laurel Bulldogs baseball squad by a score of 11-7 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next up, the Seahawks encounter the Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) in a Henlopen South outing, on Thursday, May 8. Sussex Academy will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 6-7 record after their 10-1 league loss to Indian River (Dagsboro, DE).
The Bulldogs (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Spartans enter the Henlopen South outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Lake Forest was overwhelmed by Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE), 5-1, in a league outing.
