The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans (Maroa, IL) and the visiting Riverton Hawks (Riverton, IL), saw Maroa-Forsyth's baseball team gain a win over Riverton by a tally of 10-0.

The Trojans (17-6) will now prepare for their battle against Tri-Valley (Downs, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 12-7 record. In their last battle, Tri-Valley was overwhelmed by Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Coming up next, the Hawks clash with the Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 7. Riverton will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Crimsons go into the challenge with a 14-12 record after their 7-2 league win over Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL).
