The Wakefield Wolverines triumphed over the visiting Pine Forest Trojans baseball squad by a score of 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Wolverines battle the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 9. Wakefield will attempt to advance on its 23-3 season record. The Pirates come into the outing with a 14-11 record after their 13-2 non-league win over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC).
