The Valparaiso Vikings (Valparaiso, IN) baseball trounced the visiting Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN), 7-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host La Porte for a challenge on Monday, May 12.
With the defeat, Hanover Central drops to 0-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Portage (Portage, IN) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 0-8.
