Columbus Sailors (Waterloo, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Columbus moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Union (La Porte City, IA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-1. Union won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA)

The Regals now sport a 0-1 record.
