The Bears now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Beckman for a River Valley bout on Friday, May 9. West Branch will play a Trailblazers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Wapello moves to 0-12 on the year. The Indians host Mediapolis (Mediapolis, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a SE IA Super bout on Friday, May 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Mediapolis won 5-1 in their recent non-league bout against Danville (Danville, IA)
