Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) boosters were content Tuesday as they observed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT), 11-4 in a league outing.

The Trojans now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bunnell for a South West outing on Thursday, May 8. Weston will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-5 league win over Notre Dame Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Pomperaug falls to 3-7 on the year. The Panthers host New Milford (New Milford, CT) to face the Green Wave in a South West outing on Thursday, May 8. The Green Wave go into the outing with a record of 6-5. New Milford lost 15-10 in their recent league outing against Bethel (Bethel, CT)
