The Barnum Bombers softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Cromwell Cardinals to 2 in the Bombers league win on Tuesday.

The Bombers now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 8. Barnum will confront a Huskies team coming off a 16-10 league loss to Rush City (Rush City, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Cromwell moves to 2-5 on the season. The Cardinals host Chisholm (Chisholm, MN) to confront the Bluestreaks in a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7. The Bluestreaks come into the battle with a record of 1-4.
