The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lincoln Railsplitters (Lincoln, IL) and the visiting Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL), observed Lincoln's softball team prevail over Decatur Eisenhower by a tally of 19-0.

The Railsplitters (13-13) will now prepare for their bout against Normal West (Normal, IL). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 7-13 record. In their last bout, Normal West was routed by Normal Community (Normal, IL), 15-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Champaign Central Maroons (Champaign, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Decatur Eisenhower will attempt to advance on its 2-15 season record. The Maroons go into the bout with a 19-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Oakwood (Fithian, IL).
