South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC), 7-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, South Lenoir improves its record to 14-6 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC) to play the Stallions in a non-league game on Friday, May 9. The Stallions enter the game with a record of 12-11. Southeast Alamance won 5-3 in their recent non-league game against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC)
The Bulldogs now hold a 10-12 record.
