The Arcola Purple Riders triumphed over the host Blue Ridge Knights baseball squad by a score of 17-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next up, the Purple Riders battle the Altamont Indians (Altamont, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, May 9. Arcola will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 18-7 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, IL).
