Kentucky High School Baseball - Somerset wallops Corbin

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Somerset Briar Jumpers baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Corbin Redhounds.

The Briar Jumpers (13-19) will now prepare for their game against South Laurel (London, KY). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 21-11 record. In their last game, South Laurel was overwhelmed by Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY), 7-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Redhounds play the Hazard Bulldogs (Hazard, KY) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 8. Corbin will attempt to improve on its 15-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 14-17 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Breathitt County (Jackson, KY).
