Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Webster County Highlanders (Upper Glade, WV), 3-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Greenbrier West moves its record to 9-15 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Nicholas County (Summersville, WV) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Friday, May 8. The Grizzlies come into the match with a record of 18-7. Nicholas County won 7-6 in their recent non-league match against Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV)

The Highlanders now possess a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sissonville for a non-league match on Monday, May 11.
