The Pirates now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 10. Cumberland will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Ramsey (Ramsey, IL). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Altamont falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Newton (Newton, IL) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 8. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 4-6. Newton lost 15-4 in their recent league challenge against Robinson (Robinson, IL)
