Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Bowsher Rebels (Toledo, OH), 18-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Southview upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Cougars travel to Maumee (Maumee, OH) to battle the Panthers in a Northern Lakes test on Monday, May 9. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 8-12.
With the defeat, Bowsher falls to 11-5 on the season. The Rebels host Start (Toledo, OH) to battle the Spartans in a Toledo City test on Monday, May 9. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-6.
