In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Lemont Lemont HS volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Charles East Fighting Saints.
The Lemont HS (20-9) will now prepare for their battle against Antioch (Antioch, IL). The Sequoits come into the non-league battle with a 6-14 record. In their last battle, Antioch lost by Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Fighting Saints clash with the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 7. St. Charles East will attempt to advance on its 6-22 season record. The Bison come into the battle with a 5-19 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Elgin (Elgin, IL).
