With the victory, Blue Valley Southwest moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Timberwolves travel to Schlagle (Kansas City, KS) to battle the Stallions in a non-league bout on Monday, May 9. The Stallions enter the bout with a record of 1-9. Schlagle lost 7-0 in their recent non-league bout against Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS)

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the West Pioneers (Wichita, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 10. Kapaun Mt. Carmel will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Pioneers enter the bout with a 1-12 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS).
