Utah High School Softball - Lone Peak Mountain Ridge

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT), by a margin of 8-2.

With the triumph, Mountain Ridge moves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Sentinels travel to Cyprus (Magna, UT) to play the Pirates in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 7. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 4-1.

In their next game, the Knights play the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 7. Lone Peak will attempt to move on its 4-15 season record.
