In Saturday's non-league test, the host Shrewsbury Colonials lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the North Middlesex Regional Patriots.
The Colonials now have a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Grafton for a non-league test on Thursday, May 12.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Lunenburg Blue Knights (Lunenburg, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett C test, on Monday, May 9. North Middlesex Regional will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Blue Knights come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to Tyngsborough (Tyngsborough, MA).
