The Hononegah Indians softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Woodstock North Thunder to 6 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Hononegah improves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Belvidere (Belvidere, IL) to clash with the Bucs in a Northern Illinois NIC-9 game on Monday, May 9. The Bucs come into the game with a record of 10-7. Belvidere won 4-0 in their recent league game against Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL)

In their next game, the Thunder clash with the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 10. Woodstock North will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record.
