The Kaneland Knights softball team (Maple Park, IL), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL)

Coming up next, the RedHawks encounter the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic test, on Monday, May 9. Marist will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record. The Roadrunners come into the test with a 7-12 record after their 14-5 league loss to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL).

The Knights (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Morris (Morris, IL). The Redskins come into the Interstate Eight test with a 16-12 record. In their last test, Morris edged LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
