The Normal West Wildcats softball team (Normal, IL), was routed 8-3 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Moline Maroons (Moline, IL)

Coming up next, the Maroons clash with the Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 9. Moline will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Ironmen come into the test with a 12-6 record after their 4-3 league win over Normal West (Normal, IL).

The Wildcats (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Champaign Central (Champaign, IL). The Maroons come into the Big Twelve test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Champaign Central edged Centennial (Champaign, IL), 4-3, in a league test.
