The Cherry Hill East Cougars baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Washington Township Minutemen to 3 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars (5-10) will now prepare for their match against Rancocas Valley (Mt. Holly, NJ). The Red Devils go into the Olympic - American match with a 13-5 record. In their last match, Rancocas Valley was overwhelmed by Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ), 6-5, in a non-league match.
The Minutemen (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Delsea (Franklinville, NJ). The Crusaders go into the non-league match with a 19-1 record. In their last match, Delsea ran past Deptford (Deptford, NJ), 12-2, in a league match.
