In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Wallkill Panthers baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Chester Hambletonians.
The Panthers (13-1) will now prepare for their game against Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY). The Presidents go into the Section 9 Mid Hudson I game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Roosevelt tipped Highland (Highland, NY), 3-2, in a non-league game.
The Hambletonians (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Chapel Field Christian (Pine Bush, NY). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Chapel Field Christian tipped SS Seward (Florida, NY), 19-5, in a non-league game.
