The Great Bridge Wildcats baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Deep Creek Hornets to 1 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats (15-3) will now prepare for their match against Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Tigers go into the Southeastern match with a 5-12 record. In their last match, Oscar Smith was overwhelmed by Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA), 2-1, in a league match.
The Hornets (8-9) will now prepare for their match against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves go into the Southeastern match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Indian River ran past King's Fork (Suffolk, VA), 11-6, in a league match.
