In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Kennewick Lions baseball team scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Mt. Spokane Wildcats.
The Lions (20-3) will now prepare for their game against Southridge (Kennewick, WA). The Suns go into the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia game with a 11-11 record. In their last game, Southridge tipped Cheney (Cheney, WA), 5-1, in a non-league game.
