Kuemper Knights (Carroll, IA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Exira-EHK Spartans (Elk Horn, IA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights face the Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 7. Kuemper will attempt to better on its 10-6 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA).

The Spartans now have a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlan for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 9. Exira-EHK will face a Cyclones team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over AHSTW (Avoca, IA). The Cyclones record now stands at 6-10.
