New York High School Softball - Sandy Creek bounces Alexandria Central

The Sandy Creek Comets routed the visiting Alexandria Central Purple Ghosts softball squad by a final score of 13-0 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Comets (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against South Lewis (Turin, NY). The Falcons go into the Section 3 Frontier C battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, South Lewis was routed by Thousand Islands (Clayton, NY), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Purple Ghosts now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Belleville Henderson Central for a Section 3 Frontier D battle on Wednesday, May 8. Alexandria Central will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Beaver River (Beaver Falls, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-8.
