Central Catholic Fighting Irish (Toledo, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rogers Rams (Toledo, OH), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Fighting Irish now own a 15-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastwood for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. Central Catholic will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Otsego (Tontogany, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 16-8.

With the loss, Rogers falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Rams host Scott (Toledo, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a Toledo City challenge on Wednesday, May 8. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
