In Tuesday's non-league contest, the McNair Academic Cougars (Jersey City, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Tenafly Tigers (Tenafly, NJ), by a margin of 22-5.
With the triumph, McNair Academic moves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to University Academy Charter (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Generals in a HCIAL - National contest on Monday, May 13. The Generals come into the contest with a record of 1-11.
