The Lafayette Central Catholic Knights baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Attica Red Ramblers to 0 in the Knights non-league win on Wednesday.

The Knights now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host South Bend Saint Joseph for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Lafayette Central Catholic will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 7-2 league win over South Bend Riley (South Bend, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 15-2.

With the defeat, Attica drops to 4-9 on the year. The Red ramblers host Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN) to clash with the Mustangs in a Wabash River test on Thursday, May 8. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 4-14. Fountain Central lost 15-5 in their recent non-league test against Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN)
