New York High School Baseball - Carmel loses to John Jay

The Carmel Rams baseball squad (Carmel, NY), was overwhelmed 13-6 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting John Jay Patriots (Hopewell Junction, NY)

With the triumph, John Jay moves its record to 14-1 on the season. The Patriots host Ketcham (Wappingers Falls, NY) to confront the The Storm in a Section 1 Conference 1 - A contest on Friday, May 9. The The Storm come into the contest with a record of 13-2. Ketcham won 2-1 in their recent league contest against North Rockland (Thiells, NY)

The Rams now possess a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yorktown for a Section 1 Conference 2 - C contest on Friday, May 9. Carmel will confront a Huskers squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Putnam Valley (Putnam Valley, NY). The Huskers record now stands at 6-2.
