Kentucky High School Baseball - Garrard County defeats Casey County

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) and the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), saw Garrard County's baseball team gain a win over Casey County by a tally of 7-0.
The Golden Lions (7-14) will now prepare for their battle against East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 14-11 record. In their last battle, East Jessamine was overwhelmed by Boyle County (Danville, KY), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Rebels face the Somerset Christian Cougars (Somerset, KY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 9. Casey County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 3-13 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Berea (Berea, KY).
