Kentucky High School Baseball - Fern Creek loses to Oldham County

Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY), 7-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Oldham County advances its record to 11-13 on the season. The Colonels host Male (Louisville, KY) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Thursday, May 8. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 14-13. Male won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY)

The Tigers now have a 4-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jeffersontown for a District 24 match on Friday, May 9. Fern Creek will battle a Chargers squad coming off a 20-7 non-league win over Valley (Louisville, KY). The Chargers record now stands at 7-6.
