The Fresno Christian Eagles (Fresno, CA) baseball trounced the host Firebaugh Eagles (Firebaugh, CA), 15-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 10-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fowler for a Northwest Sequoia challenge on Friday, May 9. Fresno Christian will clash with a Redcats team coming off a 13-0 league win over Liberty (Madera, CA). The Redcats record now stands at 21-3.
With the defeat, Firebaugh drops to 4-20 on the year. The Eagles travel to Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA) to clash with the Broncos in a West Sierra challenge on Friday, May 9. The Broncos go into the challenge with a record of 11-12. Dos Palos won 16-2 in their recent league challenge against Tranquillity (Tranquillity, CA)
