In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Waterville Panthers baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Hall-Dale Bulldogs.
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Belfast (Belfast, ME). The Lions enter the Class B North game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Belfast defeated Oceanside (Rockland, ME), 5-4, in a league game.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 12. Hall-Dale will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Huskies enter the game with a 1-5 record after their 17-8 non-league loss to Waynflete (Portland, ME).
