Connecticut High School Baseball - Maloney sneaks past Plainville

In Wednesday's league game, the host Maloney Spartans baseball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Plainville Blue Devils.
The Spartans (7-5) will now prepare for their game against RHAM (Hebron, CT). The Raptors enter the non-league game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, RHAM held off Tolland (Tolland, CT), 5-3, in a league game.
Next, the Blue Devils face the Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 8. Plainville will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Grizzlies enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Hand (Madison, CT).
