The Valley Indians baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting North Adams Green Devils to 1 in the Indians non-league win on Wednesday.

The Indians now own a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastern for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Valley will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Wahama (Mason, WV). The Eagles record now stands at 16-3.

With the defeat, North Adams drops to 2-7 on the year. The Green devils travel to Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH) to clash with the Mustangs in a Southern Hills test on Thursday, May 8. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 14-2. Lynchburg-Clay won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH)
