Ohio High School Baseball - University School holds off Solon

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host University School Preppers baseball team scored a close 6-2 win over the Solon Comets.

The Preppers (17-2) will now prepare for their game against St. John (Ashtabula, OH). The Fighting Herald go into the non-league game with a 12-3 record. In their last game, St. John nudged Bristol (Bristolville, OH), 4-0, in a league game.

Next, the Comets play the North Royalton Bears (North Royalton, OH) in a Suburban - National game, on Thursday, May 8. Solon will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Bears go into the game with a 8-8 record after their 9-0 league win over Solon (Solon, OH).
