The St. Joseph Cadets baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Trumbull Eagles to 0 in the Cadets league win on Wednesday.
The Cadets now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Westhill for a Fairfield County test on Thursday, May 8. St. Joseph will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 9-4 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Vikings record now stands at 5-8.
With the defeat, Trumbull drops to 9-6 on the year. The Eagles host Stamford (Stamford, CT) to clash with the Black Knights in a Fairfield County test on Thursday, May 8. The Black Knights go into the test with a record of 10-5.
