In Wednesday's league bout, the Steinert Spartans (Hamilton, NJ) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ), by a tally of 8-0.

Next up, the Spartans encounter the Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Steinert will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 12-8 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Bordentown (Bordentown, NJ).

The Knights (3-12) will now prepare for their bout against West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ). The Pirates enter the CVC - Colonial bout with a 5-13 record. In their last bout, West Windsor-Plainsboro South was overwhelmed by Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ), 8-6, in a non-league bout.
