In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Northtown Pumas.

The Cristeros (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners enter the non-league challenge with a 6-8 record.

Next, the Pumas meet the Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. Northtown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL).
