Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) and the visiting Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA), witnessed Shawsheen Valley Tech's lacrosse squad hold off Dracut by a count of 7-6.

The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA). The Eagles enter the test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Mystic Valley Regional was nipped by Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA), 12-1, in a league test.

Next, the Middies battle the Tewksbury Memorial Redmen (Tewksbury, MA) in a Merrimack Valley 2 test, on Friday, May 9. Dracut will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Redmen enter the test with a 10-5 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Stoneham (Stoneham, MA).
