The John Champe Knights triumphed over the visiting Park View Patriots lacrosse team by a tally of 9-2 in Wednesday's league match.
Next up, the Knights confront the Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA) in a match, on Friday, May 9. John Champe will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 4-6 record after their 13-6 league loss to Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA).
The Patriots (0-11) will now prepare for their match against Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Culpeper County was overwhelmed by Fauquier (Warrenton, VA), 13-6, in a non-league match.
