Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Darrington Loggers (Darrington, WA), 13-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Mt. Baker upgrades its record to 14-8 on the year.
