The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Harrison Blue Tide (Harrison, NJ) and the host East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ), observed Harrison's softball team prevail over East Side by a tally of 15-6.

The Blue Tide (2-14) will now prepare for their bout against Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, NJ). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 1-14 record. In their last bout, Hudson Catholic was routed by McNair Academic (Jersey City, NJ), 8-7, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Red Raiders clash with the Millburn Millers (Millburn, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 8. East Side will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Millers go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Belleville (Belleville, NJ).
