The South Knox Spartans (Vincennes, IN) softball routed the host Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN), 10-3 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Spartans now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bloomfield for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 8. South Knox will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Vincennes Lincoln (Vincennes, IN). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Wood Memorial moves to 6-5 on the season. The Trojans host Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 8. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 6-6.
